Hi,
My gecko hasnt eaten now for two weeks and Im seriously worried about him. He is only six weeks old,I have done all the checks on temp, size of food etc and everything is fine. I am hoping he comes round, but if not, should I get some critical care formula? If so,can anyone tell me how you give it to the gecko,to you need to hand feed him,if this is the case I dont know how I would go about this without stressing him out big time!Any advice would be appreciated thanks. I am going to buy some waxies tomorrow to see if this wets his appetite at all
Thanks
Samantha

I would suggest Marcia's slurry. There is a recipe stickied at the top of this forum. (Health and Medication forum - it's called "Golden Gate Geckos Slurry Recipe")

:) good luck with your little one.

Marcia's slurry works well...I've used it before myself. If you do choose to go the Critical Care route, that's great stuff too...it tells you how to mix it on the package itself, as I don't remember off the top of my head how to make it. It's a little pricey, and i'm pretty sure it's one of those things you have to make an appointment at the vet for.
