Does my incubator need a air circulation fan?

I've been doing my research on breeding leopard geckos and I've been looking around at my local farm stores and I have found two incubators, both by the "Little Giant" brand.

One has bla bla the other one does, but included in the more expensive one is something called a "forced air fan kit".

This added attachment doubles the price of these incubators and I was curious if anyone had any experience/sucess with the least expensive of the two. I may just be trying to save a buck or so but if I really need to get the one with the fan then I will. Not a big deal.

Attached is a photo of said icubator priced at 92.97 while the other one is 41 and some change.

The fan will contribute to drying out the eggs and is not necessary. I have not used Little Giant, though I read a post on some forum (I don't think it was this one) about someone trying out Little Giant and the Hobovator with similar results. They are similar and originally designed as chicken egg incubators. They are most effective with the addition of a proportional thermostat which will run you another hundred or so. Check out the Zoomed reptibator which is similar and includes the thermostat. There is also much info about the hobovator on the breeding forum. Do some searches and you'll find out a lot.
