Does poop change with diet?

I've been feeding my leopard gecko more waxworms lately, and I noiced her poop's look is different. You know how it's usually kind of small? Like a little package or something? Well, this had the more dense part, but it also has a lonnnnnnng string type thing that's white (made of waxworms?) that connects to another dense party. Sorry if I don't have pictures, I don't have any form of camera with me. I tried calling to people we let borrow it but they don't pick up.

The white thing that is attached is pee. It should've always been a poo like that Maybe you just overlooked it.
