Does the gecko get hurt?

So I put some crickets in today for my 2 girls and let the crickets roam around and watched them eat, I have pieces of slate tile in both enclosures. The crickets are a lot faster than the roaches and meal worms the are used to. So as I watch them roam around hunting, when my girl went in for the strike, she did the traditional fast tail shake and shot for the cricket and the cricket jumped in the nick of time and my gecko over shot the strike and hit her nose on the tile, I heard a Thud. She kept on hunting like nothing happened, but I'm wondering if this hurts them?

I'm sure it doesn't feel good but she's probably not really injured.
