Does the shed fill them up?

Puzzle shed today and he didn't eat any crickets or mealworms. Does the shed fill them up like a meal?

They do eat the shed, so I'd have to go with yes it fills them up.

as gross as it sounds, skin (if it's anything like human skin) contains a lot of protein, which would definitely fill them up

Yes, it sure fills up my Leo's.

They don't eat for a few days after shedding.

Hm, ok. I guess that makes sense. He ate the last time he shed, but he's a heck of a lot bigger now so maybe more skin means he fills up more.
