does this female big enough to breed?

i got a female which is almost a year old (about 11 months), and she's really big for her age. she weights 45 grams and i think she's even ovaluating (with non-fertile eggs of course) cause she's only 1 tank under a male in the rack.
do you think she's big enough to breed? here's a picture of her with the male: (female on the right, male on the left)

She isn't really big for her age, but she is big enough to breed.

and actually, in a country without the giant gene (Israel) she's considred pretty big for her age
