Does this Leo look really sick...CL

I just saw this on CL, this leo looks really sick to me, or is it a baby? Not sure on this.

It's a baby. It is also some type of albino, so it's eyes are sensitive to the light. That's why it is squinting. The sensitivity to light gets better as the gecko gets older.

It's looks like it hatched recently. It probably looks sick to you b/c its squinting and its tail is not fat. Hatchlings use all the nutrients to grow until they're about 25 grams, and then they begin to store fat in their tails. If considering buying it, make sure to get the hatching date and weight. Geckos usually hatch at about 4 grams. If its healthy it should be gaining between between 5-10 grams per month, depending on genetics and how often they're fed. Work backwards to do the math and you'll know. Also ask the breeder what supplements he/she used.

Definitely looks like a hatchling but still looks a bit skinny for a baby.

Doesn't look sick to me. This is a pic of my leopard gecko the day I brought her home which was almost a year ago. Next pic is one of her taken about a month ago.. lol
