this is a possibly giant RAPTOR girl i got a while back, mum is a giant sunglow het raptor and dad is a RAPTOR. i cant go by her size or weight currently as she sustained a bad leg injury as a baby (you can see the begining of the problem in the picture here) which stunted her growth alot as she was only 4.5grams at 4 and a half weeks old. the injury stoped her being able to catch food so well so she is not as big as she should be so i guess i can only go by this picture of her as a hatchling.

will she (if she is a giant) reach her full potential after being stunted so much?

Her tail looks longer then usual to me so I think it might be one, but it is hard to tell if it will keep her from her full potential. It probably will keep her from being as big as she would have been without the injury but it is impossible to tell how much it will affect her.

she has only really started to grow recently as she recently shot up but was stunted for a few months. i mean her clutchmate who i also bought is now 3 months old and 9 inches long and 42grams in weight, i havent weighed or measured this one recently but she is no where near that big.

i thought she looked giant from that pic but i guess i wont know for sure till she is fully grown and maybe even test bred. just thought i would ask :)

That doesn't look giant to me, nor does it sound it. The clutch mate is though from the sounds of it.

I hatched a SSTA that had a long tail and body stucture and thought he was a giant SS tremper(JACKPOT!!!)... He doesn't grow any faster than the others and I seriously doubt he's a giant after filling in some.

A female thats 9 inches and 42 grams at 3 months old is insane. That has to be one skinny gecko. My biggest giant was like, 40 grams and 5 inches long at 3 months.

if you look you can see her bad leg (front right ) she is only 21.3grams but had a seriously stunted start.
