Looks pretty good. I think all you're missing is the supplements (unless youre only talking about the enclosure setup) and a way to read temp and humidity to make sure the thermostat is giving the right temps overall.

You can eliminate the uvb light as Leo's are nocturnal. They should get their d3 from supplements.

uvb can be a positive thing for Leo’s but if ur going yo use it make sure you have hides that are completely protected from the light. Your Leo needs to be able to completely escape from the light. If you get a leo with any kind of Albino morph i would advice against the UVB as it can be potentially harmful for ur Leos eyes.
