Dont know what this is please help!

I was looking in his tank and found this white capsule thing inside his tank. I do know the other things in the pic are sheddings. But I thought they eat it normally. Is it bad if they don't?

Mostly they eat it sometimes they don't. It's healthy for them to eat it but it doesn't necessarily mean that your leo has a problem if he doesn't eat it. Just make sure humidity in the moist area is good or at least he's well rehydrated.

It seems to be just regurgitated skin. Is this a very bad thing or somewhat normal?
