Don'ts with gutload?

I know a few no-nos with some gutloads... don't feed hornworms tomato leaves, don't give spinach if your feeding it to a Bearded Dragon.. but what about Leos in reference to Mealies, Supers, and roaches? (or maybe crickets for others).

Is there any known food that will make the bugs or the Leos sick? (non-rotted food of course).

Its probably fine for Leos, it can be bad for Bearded Dragon food IF you feed the food a lot of spinach and your Beardie only eats from one food source. Bearded Dragons seem to be sensitive to Vit. A which spinach has a lot off. Its probably not as much of a big deal with the Leos.
