double stacking deli's?

Does anybody double stack your deli cups in the hovabator once it starts getting full? what is your experience ? Ive started stacking because I ran out of room and ive had some eggs not hatch that were perfectly fertile.Im wondering if that had anything to do with it

I would just check the temperatures, without air circulation the top ones would probably get warmer than the bottom ones.
