It seems really well-balanced, but I dunno if I could find everything on that list

I didn't exactly use Dr. Gecko's gutload, but I did use it as a guideline and got lots of good stuff from the food coop. Unfortunately, I think my gutload was a bit high in fatty/oily nuts because it started killing the mealworms. I think the powdered mix was just too oily and the stuff started stuffing up the mealworms and suffocating them. Just be careful of that.

Was your mix made into a powder? I've heard that mealies can suffocate if their bedding is ground up too fine.

I did run it through the blender to a coarse powder. I'm currently using pro-gutload which is a finer (but less oily) powder than my home made stuff and the mealies are fine.
