Awesome stuff Shanti. Very detailed and intricate I love the subtle shading too. WHat kind of media did you use?

So far, everything has been done in pencil on watercolor paper. I wish I had some paper with a smooth tooth, but I have to use what's around.

I'll post what I've got done of the next drawing before I go to bed!

Ok, well, no update for tonight! I have the sketch done, and it's way cute...and pencil just isn't cutting it. So, I'm going to start again tomorrow in color. Too bad I didn't figure this out 3 hours ago...

Here we go, I finally got this one "done". I'm going to adjust a few things tomorrow, but this is more or less finished. It's not my typical style for sure, but I think it's fun.

Get outta town! They're spectacular! Have you done any Cadence drawings and if you go will she too?

I hope so! We're all anxious to meet Cadence, too! They are so portable at that age! When my son was 4-5 months old we spent a month in France. That is the easiest time to travel with kids - in my opinion anyway!

I haven't done any drawings of Cadence ... yet. Yes, she will be going with! She'll get to go to her first reptile show. My parents live in Arlington, so we would be staying with them.
