Ok maybe this is a dumb question but I searched for a bit and cant find out what you have to mix to get a dreamsicle. Sorry if this is a dumb question but i cant find i out. Help please

So what would the parents have to be?

There are countless combination of parents that could produce a dreamsicle.

At least one of the parents needs to be snow. One would need to be an enigma. both would need to be tremper and eclipse or het tremper and eclipse.

Careful using the word "Snow" by itself, because it can be misleading. There are Mack Snows and Line Bred Snows, for example, and the genetics don't act the same at all.
