How often should they be misted?

I mist every other day. If I remember.

I keep mine in the bathroom so they get a dose of humidity with my shower but they don't seem to need misting. I wouldn't mist to start but if you lose a few to sheds then I might start. If you want to mist I would only do so on the warm side and not over the food.
