I was reading how to successfully raise and breed these two species and both need warm temps to get in the mood for breeding. Like 80-85° do I need to have a heat lamp or a under tank heater for them or do they actually do Okay without a noticeable heat source? Also what would be a good place to order a group of adults. Is Ken the bug Guy a good site? Thanks!

Lost of different people heat their roach bins lots of different ways. I think the most popular is by using a heat pad. I know some people use human heat pads with out a automatic shut off, or just under tank heaters.

I personally use a under tank heater and my roach bins range from 75 to 88F depending on the time of year, and the overall temp of my home. They breed just fine at anything over 75F. the hotter the better of course the faster they breed the more they eat the more they grow it just speeds the cycle up. :main_thumbsup:

I use heat tape on my roach bins. Heat pads work just as well. Lamps are harder to setup and can be a fire hazard. I keep my dubia and lateralis at 90F on the warm end of the tub and they breed very fast. At cooler temps they will still breed but at a much slower rate and as already stated the nymphs will grow slower. Heat+humidity is the way to go with roaches.

Ken is an excellent source for inverts. I recommend him 100%.
