Hey, is this normal for a Tremper eye?

This is my Mack Snow Tremper, and this eye is pretty red looking to me.
I have a regular tremper, and her eye is more yellow/gold, and my other mack snow tremper, his eye isn't red. weird...

any thoughts?

I'm thinking that the mack snow may have something to do with it. Since mack super snows have sold black eyes and the albino version would have solid red eyes.... maybe the mack snow adds more red color veining in the eyes.

I don't think the mack gene has anything to do with it. I have alot of mack trempers / trempers and the eyes on them all look similiar to the last images. As with all living creatures, they do vary amoung subspecies slightly, hence the excessive veining.

It may have more to do with him being a male. The higher incubation temperatures would cause the eyes to be more red than a female Tremper's. The lighter color snow background just gives it more contrast so it seems more noticeable.
