I plan to use Rep-Cal Calcium w/D3, Rep-Cal Calcium w/o D3, and Rep-Cal Herptivite to dust crickets.

Calcium w/o D3 every feeding, and Calcium w/D3 and Herptivite once a week, is this ok?

I think there's a lot of variety in supplementation. My current schedule (I use the same stuff) is to keep regular calcium in the cage all the time, and then alternate between the calcium with D3 and the vitamin at each feeding. During breeding season I feed every other day and now I'm feeding every 3rd day. The babies are fed every day but only get supplemented when I'm feeding the adults too. I'm considering switching to Repashy's vitamin/calcium combo and possibly eliminating the calcium from the cage.

I wanted to use Rep Cal as well. I was planning to do the exact same regimen as as Superior. Only I am planning on using mostly mealworms, except for 1-2 feedings of roaches on the weekends.

-Can I keep the Calcium w/o D3 in the mealworm bowl all the time?
-Do you mix the Calcium w/ D3 & Herptivite together before feeding?
-Should I just dust the roaches with the Cal D3 & Herpti mix?

Sorry for all the basic questions, its just that every supplement seems to have a different schedule, and any book or caresheet normally gives very vague guidelines pertaining to supplementation.

-Can I keep the Calcium w/o D3 in the mealworm bowl all the time? YES
-Do you mix the Calcium w/ D3 & Herptivite together before feeding? Some mix 50/50 and use the Shake & Bake Method. Others use one one day and the other another day.
-Should I just dust the roaches with the Cal D3 & Herpti mix? YES ... they should be dusted. You can put the mealworms in the Calcium w/o D3 dish and let the Leo catch them there.
Sorry for all the basic questions, its just that every supplement seems to have a different schedule (There are various schedules because the area is new.), and any book or caresheet normally gives very vague guidelines pertaining to supplementation. (Because the area is new or that there has not been a lot of research in the supplementation of Leos.)

You should go back and check the other posts. I will probably switch to Rasphy after I get low on what I currently have and after I reread the various supplementation post on the forum.
