Hi have my mealworms in a container with oatmeal bedding and carrots. But when feeding them to my geckos its tedious work to separate the worms from the oatmeal just to feed 1 gecko 12-14 mealworms. Its sometimes takes 5 minutes. I’m getting ready to get into breeding leopard geckos and I can’t take that long to feed several geckos. So I just wanted to know if there are some easier and faster ways to sift them out of their bedding so I can just put a few in a dish at a time.

Put the oatmeal in the blender (without the mealworms) to powder it and use a sifter as suggested above.

Thank you for your suggestions. I have another problem i shelf on my rack has completely lost heat the other shelves are fine. I’m getting to start breeding and I need that whole shelf to hold the babies. I’ve tried re wiring it several times. The heat tape (flex watt ) is placed in parallel. What should I do

Have you tried replacing the flex watt and getting all new wires and connections? If the piece not working is in the middle I doubt its the wires but cheap enough fix to try it.
