Ok so i had Clyde out for a bit today and my mum brought around the foster kids. I fed them lunch and went back to clyde. One of the kids came over to see him and put her hand infront of Clyde ( as she always does and he will usually climb right up) he started really licking her fingers which i reolised had apple puree on. He seemed to be really liking it. I had a look around on google and the only thing i have come up with is that maybe he was thirsty ? but he has a full bowl of water in his viv.

So has anyone elses leo taken a liking to something similar ? Also would it have caused him any harm to have eaten it ?

Yeah, mine tried to eat cake batter once (long story); if it's lickable and not foul-smelling they will lick stuff, some stuff with more enthusiasm than others. If he seems to be a fan of apples maybe you should start feeding his bugs apple slices.
If he just licked a little bit off I wouldn't be worried about him though.

Good. Would be just my luck that something would happen because of it. Poor kid is a little worried too. She thought it was great 'til i told her to go wash her hands before she held him, her answer to that was 'no i wash my hands after remember' lol she changed her mind pretty quick when i told her it might make him sick.
