Has anyone produced an eclipse redstripe yet. I have decided to go heavy on reds and rainings this year and was wondering where that project stands. I picked up a nice female eclipse from Mike yesterday after the West Palm Beach super show. It was fun buying a gecko for the first time with profits from gecko sales. We are still in the hole, but at least we have stopped digging.

Probably not but judging by what JMG is selling they have to be close. Also the Typhoon project that a couple of breeders are working on should also produce some.

I have a handful of hatchlings from redstripe X eclipse enigma, mack eclipse and eclipse to attempt to keep a redstripe on an eclipse. Won't be easy I would think, but worth a try non the less.

Mike has some great geckos too!!!!

Can someone please educate me on this morph stuff? I know about genetics and about some of the different morphs, but I don't quite get it completely. Why can't you just breed a redstripe with a eclipse and then breed their offspring and possibly the next generation's offspring?

Rainwater Eclipses....Hmmm :), but the Red Stripe eclipse sounds very achievable, but will be more or less difficult deciding whether or not you care about Tremper blood in your line.
