Eclipse white nose and feet

Are the white nose and feet always seen in Eclipses or only sometimes? Are they markers for het Eclipses? Are they ever seen in anything other than Eclipse?

My male snow raptor doesn't have the white nose.

But my female snow raptor does.

I ask because I just ordered this female who is supposed to be a Tremper Snow Eclipse but is lacking the white nose

I have a few afghan eclipse and raptor crosses without white noses but I think all of them have white feet.

My first eclipse was born with a white nose and feet but the nose at least soon colored up.
