Egg candling question

Hi all, I know this section is for leos, but I can't find any other egg/incubation area to post, so hopefully this is the right place. I've keeping geckos for a few years now, but we recently acquired a pair of helmeted geckos. We purchased all of the necessary equipment, but our egg candler is so big (or the eggs are so small) that is blinding to look at. Is there something I can do about this? Will I have to purchase a different egg candler, and if so which kind/brand/size? Thanks in advanced for any suggestions.

Well, my best suggestion is not to candle them at all and just put them in the incubator. I've gotten mixed results from candling leopard gecko eggs and if I only incubated the ones that candled fertile I would have lost out on a lot of nice babies.
