Egg goin bad !!

There defo was a growing feotus inside but the blackening was spreading from the outside. Eventually the entire egg would have went black in no time as it was spreading pretty fast..

Well.. Now I have an egg that looks just like yours did in the very first pic on this thread. My female just laid today, and one of the eggs looks exactly the same (no need for pics) and that's the way I found it. There was also some ooze coming out of one end.. should I even bother with it? The other one looks good. Right now I have the bad one in the incubator, but I'm pretty sure that the liquid coming out of one end means that it's doomed to fail.

I just flushed it. It had deflated and the shell was very discolored. There was definitely an embryo in there, and it looks like it drowned because it was attached to the bottom of the egg (the way I found it).. So I'm guessing she laid the eggs and then someone else stepped on/turned that one (she laid the eggs on the paper towel despite the fact that she has two moist egg-laying chambers that were re-moistened yesterday).
