egg hatched, leo didnt make it out of egg and passed away

My first egg hatched last night but the lil fella didn't make it, he cracked his nose through but didn't make it out. Poor lil fella, the other egg didn't hatch yet, what should I do?

just wait and be patient . it will hatch if its healthy enough to do so

I just had this happen a few days ago but the baby made it out of the egg and died all within a 2 hour time period. It's clutch mate still hasn't hatched yet either. It was fully formed and looked heathy not sure what happend.

Yeah I got home and seen the egg deflated and his lil nose poking out but after 10 min he didn't move, I touched his nose and he was stiff, I cut him out and he was formed. Well the other fella has his head out and is alive, is it a time limit to how long they should be in the egg? I'll just check on him

Thank u, he's doing well, when do they loose the yolk? His mom is MS RAPTOR his dad is a Patty, he's like a dark pink with white bands with what looks like solid black eyes.

Sometimes its quick others take there time. They usually absorb the yolk sack before coming all the way out of the egg but it is pretty common to have them come out with it still hanging out. Just keep them moist.

Well he's made it through the night and his sack has fallen off. I think he's gonna be fine thanks everyone
