Egg Laying

So for the past few years, my leos have laid their eggs in the lay box once. I've lost so many eggs, and I'm sick of it. Today two more were found dehydrated where I missed them because they were in random places in the tank. Any suggestions?

What is their setup like. Temps, placing of the lay box.. etc.
