I got a couple egg incubating right now and I know for sure 2 are fertile but not sure on 2 other ones. If it's not fertile should it deflate? And the 2 fertile one of them deflated a bit so does that mean that one is bad now too?

I'm sure many people will be able to give you some help, but here is what I can tell you.. Infetile eggs don't necessarily deflate, but don't necessarily give up on them because still have potential to hatch. How old is the fertile egg that is deflating a bit? That has only happened to me when the egg was only a day old or so, and after a few days, it hardened up again.

The eggs are in Perlite at about 85 or 86 degree cant remember since Im not home right now cant check. They're in a Hovabator and the deflated eggs is 30 days old.

Sounds like there's not enough humidity in the deli cups. After 30 days usually you will already know which are fertile and which aren't.

That's how ours is too.. What is the water ratio that you used for the perlite?

Yes, we use Perlite and have been incubating at 86 degrees in a Hovabator, and have yet to have any problems...*knock on wood* I wouldn't give up on the deflated egg just yet, but do you have a pic you could post? has it grown any mold or anything?

I dont have a camera at the moment so cant take picture. This egg was really weird at the beginning but it got better, I help wipe out any mold it had so.
