EGG!!!!!!

SHE FINALLY LAID EGGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But there is good news and bad news. The bad new is it was found while I was dampening the lay box, and I found it WAY at the bottom. It has a 75% chance od being dead, but the GOOD news is I believe she is pregnant again, and I might switch over to peat moss to find the eggs easier. I placed the egg in my hovabator just in case. Im not sure if the egg is Super Snow Blizzards or Bell x Mack Blizzard. IM SO FRICKIN EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!
P.S. Im a 12 year old breeder, so im nieve to it.

keep track from the time she laid.She will lay in another 10-14 days.she will lay 2 eggs at a time up to 10 clutches of 2 eggs per clutch.so write the date down of when she laid.in 10-14 days u might want to start checking her lay box twice a day

Yea, the lay box was a bit on the dry side when I found it, and the egg is a tiny bit dented. I can feel follicles on her side ( I squeeze lightly on the side of her and feel oval like structures), so I will be a bit more aware. Im a first time breeder so Im stoked!!!!!!! And this time, I only found one egg.

sometimes they only lay one egg when its a first time breeder. u can check the lay box starting every 14 days after laying but mine usually take between 17 and 25 days to lay again.keep the lay box moist at all times. good luck

I like to use moist paper towel in my boxes. makes it easy to see the eggs. (no digging to retrieve) I also check the box 3 times a day.

Nope, shes not a first time breeder, the breeder told me shes bred for 2 - 3 years before I got her....
