Eggs :D

My first clutch was just laid! YAY! I just found them. I got the vermiculite mixed with the water (1 part substrate to 0.8 part water). It seemed a little dry. It clumped but didn't hold form well. One of the eggs was slightly dented, but the other held its shape well. I'm so excited. I didn't even try candling them. I put them in the incubator right away because I think they've been there since early this morning. I want them to get up to temp before I do anything with them. If I can find my camera I'll snap a quick pic when I try candling them. :main_yes:

I do have one quick question. The eggs are stuck together. I figured it was best to leave them as they were laid so I left them together. Should I try separating them?

Definitely DON'T try and separate them. Incubate them together. Good luck, how exciting!! :main_yes:

my last clutch of hatchlings (Dakota and Georgia) their eggs were stuck together. I left them together and now I have 2 cute hatchlings

They're both fertile! Yay! I took them out for just a minute to candle and snap a few pictures. I know the pictures are really blurry but you can see the bull's eyes clear as day.
