Hey guys, I have recently undergone the task of housing some geckos after I managed to steal a nice 15 galleon tank for only a dollar! Originally I was planning for a crested gecko, however my tank I soon realized was much too small and there were no local breeders anyways. Then I discovered leopard geckos, which I noticed were easy to breed and not a 24/7 job to take care of them. Anyways, I got them two days ago and I love the lil guys I have had a bearded dragon for 5 years and I felt like adding some new members to the family (unfortunately for him he will never get the chance to meet (or eat) them)....
I got a 10 month old male and a 4 year old female. I'm not sure what the technical names are for their morphs, but I do know that the male is part albino.
The male, Sir Cornelius (totally whipped):
And the female, Minerva (she dominates their relationship):
Sir Corn doesn't mind being held and is very friendly, however Minerva is quite squirmy and I get the impression she doesn't like me very much...She's a breeder, and 4 years old so this is her peak year apparently. I'm not sure if Sir Corn is old enough to get frisky yet, but one can hope
Thanks, and I'll see you all in the housing forum...
