Are you not correct? Your heading is Ember and your question "How do you make Enigmas"??? Enigmas were founded by Mark Bell, the have a genetic deffect. And it is really impossible that the same gene deffect will hatch in your colony.

A Ember is a combo morph. TPA x Raptor you will get Trempers double het Ember. Ever 16th CB will be a Ember.

on crestedgecko.com it says it took him 2 generations/ this is what i have aptor x murphy patternless 100% het tremper so how many generations would it take to make an ember

It would be really difficult to produce Embers with out a Raptor in the mix. An Ember is essentially a Tremper Albino Murphy's Patternless with Ruby Eyes. You have an Aptor (no Ruby eyes) instead of a Raptor so the chances would be slim that you could ever produce an Ember from that pairing.

He bred a Raptor to Patternless Trempers and created double hets. You're not starting with the same genetics. I hope that makes sense.

The difference is that he used a Raptor (Ruby Eyes) and you have an Aptor (no ruby eyes). So you could eventually make Patternless Albinos but they would not have ruby eyes.

Malik please remember all these % are based on a 100 hatchlings . IMO no one, in their right mind is going to achieve those numbers! Its just a base line. Malik to sum it up for you, Yes you can have an Ember project with the geckos that you have Murphy Patternless het Tremper x A.p.t.or het R.a.p.t.or. Like Mel said you have a better chance or odds with a visual R.a.p.t.or, but you can produce Embers with what you have, it just takes time. Anything worth while is worth waiting!

You need to get a Raptor and any type of Albino patternless in order to make double hets for ember and then breed them back together and you have a slim chance of producing embers , I am working on embers and they are not as easy as you may think to make.
