I've read that embers are produced by pairing a tremper patternless albino to a RAPTOR. I was just wondering if this is true? I'm just getting into genetics and such.

you are correct. I was just answering to the fact that those 2 morphs together are what make up the ember. It would take a few years of line breeding to produce quality ones.

There are two types of Patternless. Murphy Patternless (a recessive morph) and Patternless Stripe (The "P" in RAPTOR).

Boy are genetics confusing :p lol but I appreciate all your input. But I know. I first saw an ember when I spoke with James from EmberGecko.com. He is the coolest guy and very knowledgeable. He inspired me:)

I'm no expert but I'll try to share what I know, pls do correct me if I'm wrong...
A raptor means Ruby-eyed Albino Patternless Tremper Orange, but the Patternless in Raptor is a polygenic trait, an ember need to be a Raptor Muphy Patternless, in which Murphy Patternless being a recessive trait.
