Has any research been done to describe different stages of development in reptile eggs? -(doesn't have to be specific to leos)- Especially with regard to what hormones etc. kick the stages off?
I was searching for info over the weekend, but only found some drawings of a day gecko's development. However, no written explanation of the stages or time line was given.
