EMERGENCY HELP NOW

My first leo just had an issue we got him/her from supreme gecko and it was halfway out of its rack ( i didnt notice) when my friend opened it up and it fell and now its upper chest is filled with fluid or air

Are you sure it didn't have that before it fell? Does it seem otherwise comfortable and alert? Is it breathing OK or is it in an uncomfortable looking posture and breathing rapidly with its mouth open? See if you can give me a bit more information and I'll tell you what I think, but it may need a vet visit.

I wasn't thinking of upper respirator infection (URI, right?) but rather the possibility of collapsed lung or something like that if you tell me its chest cavity seems to be full of air. Many leopard geckos have fallen quite a distance with no obvious problems, so I was wondering if there was any chance what you're observing was there before but now you're noticing it because you're checking it out after its fall. If everything seems OK, it likely is OK. Good luck with it.
