I will definitely be the forum guinea pig to see if these "emeralds" keep their colors through time and if they enhance their colorations through breeding. I think I'll be the forum guinea pig on many of the lines I've picked up for next year
. Marcia and I talked about this and I think I'm going to breed a Co-dom snow female to my emerine jungle CT male after the first of the year. This will prove out whether the emerald lines are dominant or not. If they are, I should produce some snow emerald's. Should be a very enlightening project.
And Paul, you are right - price is subjective and so are various color morphs. Everyone has different tastes and like some colors/patterns better than others. I find that with my panther chameleons too... some like the blues, some like the yellows, some like the pinks, etc., etc., :main_yes:.
I'm finding my favorites in the leo's right now are the stripes, especially bold stripes (I have some awesome ones from Marcia that she produced - ty you Marcia!). Also, DB's have crazy ruby color eyes. I'm not so crazy about no patterns, but the red ruby eyes are stunning. Now I just have to see if I can get those ruby eyes into something with pattern to it or color. That might be a challenge lol.
