Hi! I am thinking about adopting a leopard gecko but I have a few questions. I have a 10 gallon tank should I use that or buy a all included gecko tank they sell. I plan on getting a baby what is the best substrate? Suggestions on a reputable place to purchase one? Any other info you would like to share would be appreciated.

Don't buy an all included setup because it often includes things you don't need (like lights believe it tr not). Get a 20 gallon long tank (30"x12"x12"), You can often find them on craigslist or yard sales for not much money. If you get a hatchling you could start with a 10 gallon, but you're going to have to upgrade it when it gets older. My favorite substrate is ceramic tile (get cheap ones at Home Depot or equivalent). People also use paper towel or reptile carpet. Don't use sand. Read care sheets and watch care videos so you can learn about and see different setups.
