I so wish this thread were closed with a happy ending.... Unfortunately we take a risk everytime we ship... in this instance poor Halo did not make it to his destination safely. Poor guy, RIP...He was shipped properly but the Texas weather was hotter than the forcast. Such an unfortunate mistake on my part.... he was a special guy and the news was hard to accept.
And Rebecca, again I'm so sorry for this experience! I do appreciate your understanding in this matter. This is a lesson I had never encountered before but will certainly be a learning lesson for me going forward.
