Enigma Overnight Sudden Change

My tang enigma female was fine yesterday when I cleaned leopard gecko cages, and she's never shown any signs of circling or head tilt that i've seen, and 've had hear for many months (probably near a year). Today when I went to check her cage, food, water, etc. she was doing MAJOR head tilting and circling. It's a little scary. At times she falls over walking bc the tilt is so bad. It's worse when she's in her tub, versus out.

Anyone have any tips or possible reasons behind it? Nothing has changed in the rack. temps and all are good.

From what I can tell it's random. I've had that happen too, but only twice thank goodness. I have 20 or so Enigmas. I guess that's a decent ratio given the problem. In the case of the second one of mine to do it I was trying to take pics of it and I think the flash may have stressed him out. I think it's neurological.
