np, all that I know of enigmas are from geckoforums.net... Id heard about them before, but that was it. They are so new that no one really knows much about them.

But these are red eyed and judging by their body colouration don't look like bells at all
It is only showing the 'normal' Albino trait in the eyes because of the Enigma gene.

you can also get Bell albino enigmas, that also have albino bodies.
I have not heard, or seen anything like that.

This one looks like a Bell to me.

According Kelli
The reason why the red eyed one has black spots is because for some reason when the albino trait is expressed in the Enigmas, it isn't ALL the way expressed.

Even with black spots, I wouldn't say that isn't a Bell body. But the other ones I posted don't look like bells at all. Maybe it's just the quality of the animals that was used? But I doubt it, they just differ too much.

Oh I see, the one that was at Tinley Park called Albino Enigma?

Yea, that one does look more like an Albino, we dont know what its eyes look like though. Huh, I am stumped again!

What I think now is that the Albino Enigma is actually a Black Spot like the ones I've hatched. I say this because it has bands and does express the albino gene fully. Black Spot Bell eyes are a lot like the regular Enigmas so I see why he'd consider it an Enigma. As I've mentioned before, the black spotting fades to normal after a few weeks so that explains why this one doesn't have them. It's a lot like Mack Snows hatching black and white. I try to get pics of their eyes all of the time, but I'm not that good with my camera yet.

I'm not sure the Black Spots will produce Enigmas; only time will tell. I'm glad that more people are getting Enigmas because these guys are going to be harder to figure out than the Mack Snows. Especially if I produce them from my Black Spots...
