What a happy ending! I've had a total of 5 gecko escapes and all have been happy endings. (short of my cat breaking a tank open, a gecko escaping, and a not happy ending.) My record is 5 months missing. :|

Congrats on the happy ending to your story. I feel fortunate to never have had one of my geckos escape. Only a few of my snakes, when I was younger!

Good on ya.

I had two of mine take off last night. One we found right off and the other we weren't so sure about.

After about 3 hours and one completely cleaned room my son saw her scurrying around a room we'd both already looked through.

So, all's welll that ends well. The escape hatch now has screening stapled tightly over it, all the girls are back where they belong, I have a partially cleaned house and I'm only out $25 (bounty and room-cleaning).
