I noticed today for the first time this female has got something going on with her eye. I remember looking at her a couple of days ago and, aside from the fact that she was going into shed, she looked completely normal. This thing pretty much sprung up over night. I don't think it is stuck shed, but then I've never seen a gecko have shed stuck in it's eye, so I'm not sure what it would look like. Her eyelid appears to be swollen when looked at from above, which is how I noticed it to begin with. Anyone who could shed any light on this would be much appreciated!

Does not look like stuck shed to me. Actually, seems to look like a blister or a cyst of some sort. I'd have a vet look at it, if you can. I think it's likely it needs to be drained..

Either that, or it's an eye infection, in which case antibiotics are necessary

I have no idea. I've never seen a cyst on a gecko. But I've seen shed in the eyes..and it doesn't bulge out like that and it's definitely not liquid filled

It doesn't look like a cyst to me, but like Khrysty said, it's definitely not shed in the eyes. Shed in the eyes still looks like any other shed, it's white and dry-looking. We had a gecko with severe eye issues and I was always wiping gooey stuff from his eyes, which is what this reminds me of. Get some terramycin and use it for a week or so, you should see improvements.

Also, you may want to try taking a wet q-tip and gently removing whatever it is from her eye. If it's gooey, it'll come out pretty easily.
