eyes closed.. losing weight help

I need help guys. i noticed my gecko after a couple days after laying eggs she just wont open her eyes anymore. she's losing weight and i don't know what to do. exotic pet vets are rare here in our parts. whats wrong with her? her tail is not the fat anymore.. inputs are very appreciated

you need to take some warm water in a syringe and take your fingers and open her eyes just enough to squirt the warm water in,so that the water will flush her eyes out because it sounds like she got some of the substrate in her eyes while she was in the process of laying her eggs.As for her not eating that would be from the fact of she is in pain and also can see her food to catch and eat it,I hope I was able to help you out.

ugh I am sorry. I posted a thread about closed eyes too in the health and medicine forum. There are some suggestions there if it doesn't get better.
