favorite ways to house babys

Whats your favorite ways to house babys and how long do you keep them like this?

The way that works most efficiently for me is housing my babies individually in 6 qts shoe box racks with either heat cable or 3" heat tape running @ the back of the tub using a good proportional thermostat w/ PT substrate small food dish water dish @ the front and a hide at the back. I usually keep them in this set up until they are 30 grams.

I'm one of those people who doesn't like racks, though I do have a 16-tub 6 qt. rack for overflow babies. I prefer to keep my hatchlings in 20 gallon long, front opening tanks divided into 3 sections, 12"x10" each. I run heat cable the length of the tank along the bottom in back. I keep them there till I sell them. If I end up with bigger babies that haven't sold yet, I take out the dividers and let 4-5 babies share the whole thing.
