Feed or not?

I have a juvenile corn snake and my local pet store ran out of frozen pinkies so I bought the next size up. I opened them up and realized they were frikin huge... I decided to try anyway (prob not the smartest thing) But she ate the whole thing although it took her a really long time. Two weeks later she spit up some of the remains. Now i have been waiting for the pinkies to come back in stock and now they have. It has been 3 weeks since her last feeding and now she just started to shed.

Should I feed her during her shedding? 3 weeks seems like a long time go without feeding a juvenile corn. I read some sources to say it was ok to feed during shedding and some say its not... what should i do?

some snakes wont eat when they shed and when they throw up the remains they wont eat for a few weeks. i just give my snakes the oppurtuity to eat when they are gunna shed if they dont take they dont take it but if they do eat it nothing happens to them i wouldnt worry after she sheds try feeding her. it your decision to feed her or not.

Yep, I agree. You can offer, and if it eats fine. If it doesn't eat, that's fine too. Some snakes will eat right through shed, and others won't. You won't know if you don't try. Either way, it's OK. No cause for concern.

My husband has a corn and he's fed him all through sheds. So like above said, give it a try--won't hurt :)
