Hey everyone. Just a quick question regarding feeding.
I've had my crestie for almost a week, she's about 6 months old and is as health as can be. I feed her the CGD (repashy mix, complete diet) and gut loaded crickets twice a week. She LOVES the crickets but does not seem to fancy the CGD as much. She eats the CGD from a q-tip and from my finger tip or from the back end of a pen (plastic part). She just does not seem to want to eat it from her food dish.
I've read that if the dish is too big to get a smaller one, some say try a 1/8" tall bottle cap (which I am currently trying out). Can they be picky about where it's placed or the type of "dish" I use for the CGD?
The "dish" is currently at the back center part of the viv (12x12x18 exo terra, natural set up). It's kind of close to her favourite hiding place but not actually at her spot (back left, hiding in the dracena plant).
Other than that she is healthy, calcium sacs are looking good, she's active. Any suggestions?
Thanks
