Hello,

I'm geting one male leopard gecko right now but am soon going to get two females and start to breed them. So I would like to know how often to feed babies , juvies and adults. I would also like to know when to suplement there food. I will most likely be feeding mealies. So can you base it on that and also can you tell me what age baby ends, juvy ends and adult starts.

Here is an example:

BABY (since born to 4 weeks)

Monday- 10 mealworms a day (calcium and vitamins)
Tuesday-5 mealworms a day (none)
Wednesday-
Thursday-
Friday-
Saturday-
Sunday-

An so on.

Thanks verry much,
Stefan

for the adults, feed them twice a week, as much as they will eat each time. just give them a large bowl with more worms than they can eat, then remove it the next day and save the left over worms till the next feeding day.

hard to give an exact number of mealworms. i have a male that will eat ridiculous amounts, but i just keep giving him mealies untill he stops eating.

for juvies and babies feed every day, as much as they will eat.

id say adult age begins about 8 - 9 months. the diferance between juvenile and babys is insignificant.

some people suppliment with calcium every time. when i was feeding crickets i didnt need to do it that much because the calcium sticks to them and you can see they eat plenty. with mealworms its probably better to do it much more often becuase the dust doesnt stick to the mealworms very well.
