You'll need to add a third dry hide to the warm side. Your gecko needs to be able to choose between warm and dry and warm and humid. If she only has the option of warm and humid and cold and dry, she'll probably often choose cold and dry (as unnecessary extended exposure to high humidity levels isn't good for them); this will slow down her digestive system.

Since you have a 20 gallon, actually, I would suggest adding two more dry hides, so that in the end you have: 1 dry hide on the cool side, 1 dry hide on the warm side, 1 dry hide in the middle, and 1 humid hide near the warm side. This will give your gecko the most options and will allow it to decide exactly what temperature and humidity levels are best for it.

Also, I noticed you need to supplement and gut load more. Dust every feeder with Repashy Calcium Plus and feed your mealworms/crickets/whatever fresh fruits/veggies, Fluker's High Calcium Cricket Diet, Repashy Bug Burger. Those are all good ones. I would use the fruits/veggies in conjuction with either the Fluker's High Calcium Cricket Diet or the Bug Burger. Right now with your gut loading and supplementing your leopard gecko isn't getting all the nutrients it needs. And also, what kind of thermometer do you use and how do you regulate the temp of your UTH? I'm asking to prevent future problems due to a vitamin deficiency or something like that. :)
