I know there's gotta be some football/soccer enthusiasts somewhere on this forum.

Well its down to the top 8 as im sure you know... So what are some of your predictions? and what teams are you rooting' for? Who's gunna be playing in the finals?

The upcoming games:

Netherlands vs. Brazil
Uruguay vs. Ghana
Argentina vs. Germany
Paraguay vs. Spain

Well my teams are the Netherlands and Germany...so im hoping for a Germany x Netherlands final...

Yeah I was for USA but since they lost I am going with argentina(I have some friends from there and I always seemed to like them,I say Argentina vs Brazil in the final with Argentina winning.

My Predictions-

Netherlands vs. Brazil- Brazil
Uruguay vs. Ghana- Uruguay
Argentina vs. Germany- This is going to be a great game but I have to say Germany
Paraguay vs. Spain- Spain

Not a big soccer fan, though.

It's been an interesting tournament for sure! Lot of surprises.

Shame the U.S. kept shooting them selves in the foot. It was one of the better teams we've had in a while. They actually played well with the exception of a few moments...

The next set of games should be fun. Especially Germany v. Argentina and Netherlands v. Brazil. Looks like a Brazil v. Germany final to me too.

Watching the Ghana vs Uruguay game. Ghana got a penalty shot with the game order and hit the post. So it is going into a shootout or something.

Netherlands beat Brazil

Will probably be Germany vs Netherlands in the final; I think Germany have a higher chance of winning WC.

p.s. I support Spain though, but I don't think they'll win against Germany tomorrow.

Fun set of games last week. Drama till the last second! My brackets are such a mess...lol

^Leaning the same way my self. The Netherlands have been so well organized. I just can't see them staying as compact against Germany. Of course they have to get there first...Germany v. Spain should be an awesome game!

Half time in the finals...Ive been at the the cottage so i havent been able to post.

Turned out to be a Holland vs Spain final.

Needless to say, Im rootin for the Dutch
