I decided when I started that I wanted to make hybinos so I started with a tremper albino pair and a SHTCT. Ironically, this is my third breeding season and I still haven't gotten to the hybino stage for a lot of reasons even though it's still my goal. Maybe next year . . .

well thnx guys i really dont have a goal morph i just wanna get something weird and unique lol. atm i have 4 females 1 blizzard 1 patty and 2 unknown the 2 unknown ones ive posted a couple times for a morph check but never really was certain because i would only get 1 or 2 replies. but my 1 female just got bred with a tremper albino (at least i think its a tremper) from a local pet store and will hopefully be laying eggs soon.:main_thumbsup: gonna incubate for male so i can finally get my own male : ). cant do a stud sevice forever especially since the pet shop that i go to all the time is going out of business : ( big bummer cuz the family has been goin there for years and we r good friends with the owner.

She looks like a high yellow or tang to me. Unless she is het for Tremper albino, the babies will all look normal with differing amounts of spotting and tang color. The babies will be het for albino and some of their offspring will be tremper albino if bred with another tremper or tremper het.

ok now correct me if im wrong but if i bred the offspring to my Blizzard female i would get a double het? cuz i dont have an albino to breed the offspring to unless i pick p the one they have at this store but im not sure yet if i want to.

If you breed the het tremper offspring to a blizzard, some of the resulting babies will be double het for albino and blizzard. All will be het for blizzard. Some will not be double het because they will have passed on their non-albino gene and not their albino gene. You will not be able to tell by looking. Another choice with breeding is to incubate the eggs you hope your gecko is carrying at a temp that will give you both males and females. If you breed the siblings together, some will be albino. I hope that's not too confusing.

i completely understand although i prolly wont incubate all at a temp that gives me both males and females. I have 2 hovabators since we also breed pheasants i will clean both of those and prolly set one at about 90 degrees (wat i was told was a most male temp) and the other at 79 degrees (wat i was told a most female temp) and hopefully keep one male and one female thnx for the advice.

I first got into leos like 14+ years ago. I remember the excitement over the high yellows and almost thought about getting one... fast forward 10+ years to my next reptile show (how I managed to not go to one in so long I have no idea) and I got my little Bell (?) albino and thought that was the coolest thing. Then I came on here and saw that gecko breeding has gone in so many ridiculous and amazing directions I don't even know what to think. I never did breed, though. My first girl did lay a batch of eggs once, but she never saw hide nor tail of a male.

I bought our first leopard gecks end of May of this year. My wife used too have geckos before and so I assumed whe still remembered how too care for them because she expressed an instrest in getting some. I went too East Bay Vivarium with my friend Joe too get feeders for all his snakes and bought my first 2. 2 days later I saw this pretty tangerine thats my aviator and I just had too have her so I bought her. I since bought a pretty Hi-Yellow Lavendor male and have 2 other leopard geckos that were given too me.
